Vernon R.E Jones
is the Founder of Jones Homes L.L.C.
Vernon was born in Lincoln, Nebraska and raised in Nebraska, Colorado, and Texas. Vernon has been a resident of beautiful
Colorado off and on since 1969. Vernon was a former family therapist/dept. head for a residential child care facility where
he worked with disadvantaged boys and girls aged 11-18. He also worked at a facility that managed adjudicated youth, assisting
them in staying on the right track. Vernon has been a licensed Realtor since 1989. He focuses on residential, investment,
and new home construction. Vernon is married to the former Mary Woodlee and has 4 children and 9 grandchildren.

Alexander T. Sargeant retired from the U.S. Army as Command Sergeant Major with
twenty-three (23) years of distinguished service. Alex's overseas tours included 1 tour of duty in Europe, 4 tours of
duty in Asia, and 3 tours of duty in the Continental U.S. In 1996 Alexander opened Sargeant & Associates; specializing
in residential, commercial, and construction loans. He also attended Jones Real Estate College. Alex has expanded his career
by incorporating his work ethic & knowledge by working with Jones Homes L.L.C. as a Broker-Associate where he has been
the TOP PRODUCER in 2003, 2004, and 2005. 2008, and 2009. Alexander is bilingual & his ability is a great asset
to the Spanish speaking community. Alex has been happily married for over 30yrs and has 1 son, who serves in the U.S. Army and
3 grandchildren. His hobbies include going on cruises with family & friends, horseback riding, golfing, and spending lots

Kim Porter has been with Jones Homes since 2003. She specializes in residential
real estate throughout the Dennver Metro area but also has experience in commercial real estate and business opportunities.
Kim is also a licensed attorney. Prior to forming her own law firm, which emphasizes business and real estate law, Kim worked
in private practice for several years. She also taught seminars in the areas of real estate and corporate law. Kim utililizes
her real estate and legal background to assist clients through the selection and negotiation process, and provide a high level
of attention to each transaction to assure customer satisfaction. Ms. Porter received her Bachelor of Science degree from
the University of Colorado at Denver, with an emphasis in business and marketing. Her law school education was completed at
